Organic meat broth
The stock is obtained by adding beef, poultry and vegetables to boiling water, then packaged in Tetra Packs following sterilisation. Made from the best organic meat, without added monosodium glutamate (MSG) or preservatives, faithful to the traditional recipe of homemade stock. Organic meat Brodoè is liquid, ready to use in excellent soups, for making tasty risottos creamy, adding flavour to roasts and stews, preparing tasty and savoury sauces, soups and delicious cream soups.

Meat stock: cooking water, chicken*(8%), beef*(4%), vegetables 2,7% (carrots*, onions*, celery*) in variable proportions, natural aromas, salt.

Storage time:
Durability (Maximum Time of Consumption) : 75 days. Keep the product in the refrigerator between + 2°C and 6°C. Once the package has been opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
How to use the product:
In a microwave: open the package and pour the required quantity of stock into a ceramic pot and heat for around a minute at 500W. On a gas hob or electric hotplate: open the package and pour the required quantity into a saucepan and heat for the required time. For soups: bring to the boil and add pasta, tortellini or passatelli to taste. Add 200 ml. of water to obtain 3 portions. Recommendations for preparation: Pour the product into a pot and heat without adding anything to bring out the taste and aroma. For the preparation of soups, bring to the boil and add the pasta, for creaming and preparing roasts, heat and use according to the recipe.

III bis della direttiva 2003/89/CE'; the product does not contain GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and derivatives thereof, according to 'Reg.CE n° 1829' and '1830', year 2003).
