No-Garlic Pesto

Peoto-al-baoilico-oenzaglio

Pasta sauce based on basil and cheese without garlic, obtained by finely grinding the ingredients and mixing them with sunflower oil. We use fresh basil so it arrives at your table with the aroma and the fragrance of freshly gathered basil. Reccomended for flavouring Bavette, Orecchiette, Lasagne, Gnocchi and wherever your imagination takes you: it will be a great success!

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil, basil 27%, cashew flowr, vegetable fibre, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein)), olive oil, Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep milk, salt, rennet), salt, pine nuts 1%, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

70 days from the production date

The product must be stored refrigerated at 0°/+4°C. After opening consume within three days.

How to use the product:

Remove the product from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before use, so that it may reach room temperature, and dress the warm pasta.

One tray contains 3 servings.

Packaging:

Carboard boxes containing 6 trays.

It is guaranteed that: the product is in accordance with current hygiene regulations and with Dlgs n. 193, dated 06/11/2007; the product is in accordance with regulations CE 852/2004; the company controls and meets the standards regarding refrigerated transport temperatures, both of the ingredients and of the finished product; the product is in accordance with the traceability regulation Reg. CE 178/2002; the packaging is in compliance with current food packaging regulations; the company controls allergenic properties according to Reg. CE 1169/2011; the product does not contain GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) and derivates thereof, according to Reg. CE n. 1829 and 1830, year 2003.
