No-Garlic Genoese pesto


Pasta sauce based on fresh genoese basil DOP and cheese without garlic, obtained by finely grinding the ingredients and mixing them with sunflower oil. We use fresh genoese basil DOP so it arrives at your table with the aroma and the fragrance of freshly gathered basil. Reccomended for flavouring Bavette, Orecchiette, Lasagne, Gnocchi and wherever your imagination takes you: it will be a great success!


Sunflower oil, genoese basil DOP 27%, cashew flour, vegetable fibre, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein)), olive oil, Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep milk, salt, rennet), salt, pine nuts, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Storage time:

70 days from the production date. The product must be stored refrigerated at 0°/+4°C. After opening, consume within three days.

How to use the product:

Remove the product from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before use, so that it may reach room temperature, and pour on the warm pasta directly.

One tray contains 1-2 servings.
