Genoese pesto with garlic

Pasta sauce based on genoese basil DOP and cheese, obtained by finely grinding the ingredients and mixing them with sunflower oil. The genoese basil pesto with garlic is a classic of the Genoese tradition that no kitchen can do without! An irreplaceable ally in creating tasty dishes. We use genoese bail DOP selected so that it arrives at your table with all the aroma and intensity of freshly gathered basil. Recommended for flavouring Bavette, Orecchiette, Trofie, Lasagne and wherever your imagination takes you. It will be a great success!

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil, genoese basil DOP 27%, cashew flour, vegetable fibre, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein)), olive oil, Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep milk, salt rennet), salt, pine nuts, garlic 0,2%, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Storage time:

70 days from the production date. The product must be stored refrigerated at 0°/+4°C. After opening, consume within three days. 

How to use the product: 

Remove the product from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before use, so that it may reach room temperature, and pour on the warm pasta directly. 

One tray contains 1-2 servings.

CE n. 178/2002; the packaging is in compliance with current food packaging regulations; the company controls allergenic properties according to Reg. CE 1169/2011; the product does not contain GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and derivatives thereof, according to Reg. CE n. 1829 and 1830, year 2003.
