Fish stock
The broth is obtained by boiling water and adding semi-cured fish, packaged after sterilisation in Tetra Packs. Ingredients (in descending order by weight):
Water, iodized salt, flavourings E621, E635. Lactose, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soy and wheat),
powdered cod (0.1%), yeast extract, dried shrimp powder (0.1%), tomato paste, dehydrated onions, palm oil, dried carrots, spices, wheat flour, dehydrated tomato puree, dried glucose syrup, thickener: carob seed and guar seed flour. Flavouring containing soy, dehydrated lobster (0.001%), white wine extract, sugar, lemon powder, saffron, celery extract.

Storage time:
Durability (Maximum Time of Consumption) : 75 days. Keep the product in the refrigerator between + 2°C and 6°C. Once the package has been opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
How to use the product:
In a microwave: open the package and pour the required quantity of stock into a ceramic pot and heat for around a minute at 500W. On a gas hob or electric hotplate: open the package and pour the required quantity into a saucepan and heat for the required time. Recommendations for preparation: Pour the product into a pot and heat without adding anything to bring out the taste and aroma. For the preparation of soups, bring to the boil and add pasta, for creaming and preparing roasts, heat and use according to the recipe.
