A fresh sauce produced with fresh basil, perfect for seasoning a pasta first course, but also excellent when served with meat and main courses.

Ragù for pasta based on pulp of tomato with beef and pork. Perfect for tagliatelle or lasagne, the ideal filling for homemade pasta. 

Typically Italian arrabbiata sauce, made in accordance with the rules of the traditional recipe. Its strong, unmistakable flavour will completely win you over.

Fusilli with Pesto

For 4 people:

300 gr. fusilli, a packet of Salsa Fresh Pesto "La Cucina dei Sapori", fresh basil leaves.

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in salted water. Pour over hot pasta the pesto and mix well. Garnish with grated cheese and fresh basil leaves.

Pennette with cheese and bacon

For 4 people:

400 gr. of pasta, 150 gr. of bacon, 1 package of fresh sauce with Cheese "La Cucina dei Sapori"

Preparation:

Boil the pasta in salted water. Fry the diced bacon in a little olive oil. Sauté the pasta with the bacon adding more and stirring the packaging of cheese sauce. Serve immediately.

Sedanini "alla Boscaiola"

For 4 people:

400 gr. of sedanini, a packet of sauce Fresh Boscaiola "La Cucina dei Sapori", fresh parsley to taste

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in salted water, pour it in a pan add the package of pasta sauce and saute for a few minutes. Finally add the chopped parsley.

Spaghetti mediterranean style

For 4 people:

350 gr. of spaghetti, a pack of Mediterranean Sauce with Eggplant and Zucchini "La Cucina dei Sapori", fresh basil leaves.

Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Pour over hot pasta to the sauce and mix well. Garnish with grated cheese and fresh basil leaves.
